Defendant's Response to Plaintiff's Status Report 81 filed by Thomas A. Blumenshine.(AEJ)
Order on Motion to Compel Order on Motion to Supplement
TEXT ORDER: On July 6, 2026, the Court held a hearing to discuss Plaintiffs' 36 motion to compel and 45 supplemental motion to compel. Both motions pertain to a long-standing discovery dispute in which Plaintiffs seek to enforce a subpoena that was served on a third party, Joshua Schreiber. At that hearing, Plaintiffs indicated that no further Court action was needed at this time, and they asked the Court to continue the matter generally. In light of that representation, Plaintiffs' 36 and 45 motions are hereby DENIED with leave to renew. Plaintiffs may renew those motions at the appropriate time, should they require further Court intervention to enforce the Schreiber subpoena. Entered by Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Hanna on July 9, 2026. (NL)
