Order on Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages Order on Motion to Strike
MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Signed by Chief Judge David J. Hale on 9/29/2026: Hendrickson's 51 motion for leave to file excess pages is REINSTATED and GRANTED. Hendrickson's 56 motion for summary judgment is REINSTATED and GRANTED. Dodd's 61 motion for leave to file excess pages in response to the motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. Hendrickson's 65 motion to strike, construed as an objection pursuant to Rule 56(c)(2), is GRANTED in part. The Court did not consider Dodd's affidavit testimony that Mayfield "embarrassed [her], repeatedly referring to [Dodd's] illnesses in front of non-essential employees" (D.N. 63 -1, PageID.1892 108), to the extent that such testimony suggested references not mentioned in Dodd's deposition. As to the other objections not addressed herein, the motion to strike is DENIED as moot. Dodd's 72 motion for leave to file excess pages in response to the motion to strike is GRANTED.
