Plaintiff is awarded its reasonable attorneys' fees of $10,789.91 and expenses of $493.25 for the reasons stated in the September 25 Order. Plaintiff shall have through 5/30/2024 to submit an additional fee application to the Court. Defendant shall have 14 days after such application is filed to submit any objection to the Court. Russell Federal Building, 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30303, on Motions to Set Aside Default Judgment and Entry of Default 19 . Argument will be limited to 30 minutes per side. Counsel who wish to utilize the courtroom's technology during argument are encouraged to reach out to Courtroom Deputy (CRD) Danielle Brye at Danielle_Brye@gand.uscourts.gov in advance of the hearing. Counsel who do not have a blue card are reminded to file a motion for leave to bring electronics into the building along with a proposed order at least two business days prior to the hearing, and may email same to CRD Brye.
