   TEXT ORDER granting 156 Motion to Dismiss and 157 Motion to Dismiss in Case 2:24-cv-01361-MHH. For the reasons stated in Doc. 101 , the Court grants the motions to dismiss filed by defendants American Drilling of Alabama, Mr. Poskey, Mr. Franks, Over the Mountain Aviation, and Slipstream Aviation. In light of 187 in Case 2:24-cv-01361-MHH, Mr. Ellis and Mr. Owen's motion for a hearing 40 in Case 2:25-cv-00297-MHH is moot. Because Mr. Beaulieu's amended complaint contains claims against private defendants, entering partial judgment on Mr. Beaulieu's claims against Birmingham Flight Center, Mr. Floyd, Mr. Grant, and Shelby County Aviation Association would impede judicial efficiency. Accordingly, the Court denies 121 and 123 , the Motions for Entry of Judgment under Rule 54(b) in Case 2:24-cv-01361-MHH. The Court grants 193 , Mr. Beaulieu's motion for a briefing schedule in case 2:24-cv-01361-MHH and 48 , Mr. Beaulieu's motion for a briefing schedule in Case 2:25-cv-00297-MHH. On or before October 3, 2026, Mr. Beaulieu shall file a response to 141 , 154 , and 158 in Case 2:24-cv-01361-MHH and 40 in Case 2:25-cv-00297-MHH.
