MINUTE ENTRY ORDER FOR TELEPHONE CONFERENCE held on 7/2/2026 before Magistrate Judge Hanly A. Ingram: Counsel for the parties voiced concerns about their ability to meet the current discovery deadlines due to unexpected delays in collecting and providing discovery. Noting the discovery deadline is not until December 18, 2026, the Court explained that there is no need to revisit the Scheduling Order at this time. As such, the Court HEREBY ORDERS that the TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE SHALL RECONVENE on 8/4/2026 at 11:00 AM in LONDON before Magistrate Judge Hanly A. Ingram. The call shall be on the record and for counsel only. The Court will provide dial-in information prior to the call.
