In NELA's briefing and argument, NELA may refer to the type of compromise generally as a monetary compromise to a FLSA claim without revealing details of the compromise that remain under seal, subject to the Eleventh Circuit's exclusive authority over the handling of sealed materials on appeal. The relevant portions of the June 5, 2025 Transcript will remain under seal in the Northern District of Georgia.
