CONSENT JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION granting 41 Joint Motion to Approve Consent Judgment. Defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, successor companies, parties-in-interest, and all persons and entities acting at their direction or in concert or participation with them, are permanently enjoined and restrained as provided herein. The Clerk shall enter judgment against Defendants Han R. Christy and Han Robert Christy, D.D.S., P.C. in the amount of $60,852.80 ($5,075.00 to pay AMI for their reasonable and necessary fees and the reasonable and necessary fees of service providers for services provided for the Retirement Plan, $54,500.00 in losses to the Retirement Plan resulting from Dr. Christy's withdrawal of Retirement Plan assets and payment to Christy P.C., and $1,277.80 in lost-opportunity costs to the Retirement Plan). Post-judgment interest is awarded from the date of this Consent Judgment is entered until the date of the $60,852.80 is paid to the Retirement plan is paid in full. See Order for further details.
