The Court's Paperless Order Regarding Procedures (the "Order"), ECF No. 4 , requires that, "in the event that a served Defendant does not appear in this action, the Plaintiff(s) shall file a Motion for Clerk's Default within seven days of the deadline for the Defendant to answer." The record reflects that Defendant Pleasant Ways, LLC was served on August 24, 2026. ECF No. 13 . However, to date, Plaintiff has not filed its motion for Clerk's Entry of Default or requested an extension of time to do so. Accordingly, Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to file the motion for Clerk's default as to Defendant Pleasant Ways, LLC by no later than October 7, 2026 or SHOW CAUSE in writing by such date why Defendant Pleasant Ways, LLC should not be dismissed from this action.
