ORDER granting 49 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. Pending before the Court is the parties' joint motion for an extension of time to complete discovery and for briefing dispositive motions (ECF 49). The motion is GRANTED. The need for additional time to complete supplemental discovery I ordered on August 28, 2026 constitutes the requisite good cause. The deadline for completing fact discovery is extended until October 2, 2026; the deadline for parties to file any dispositive motions is extended until October 30, 2026; the deadline for parties to file oppositions to any dispositive motions is extended until December 4, 2026; and the deadline for parties to file replies, if any, in further support of their dispositive motions is extended until December 18, 2026. I do not anticipate granting further extensions of time absent very good cause shown. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to terminate ECF 49. SO ORDERED..
