Moreover, through the 128 & 130 Notices, Plaintiff seeks to amend or supplement the 125 First Amended Complaint but has not done so in compliance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15. Inasmuch as the Court recently granted Plaintiff leave to amend the pleadings in the 120 Court Order, the Court will allow Plaintiff to refile the First Amended Complaint in a single docket entry.
