OPINION AND ORDER re: 8 MOTION to Vacate Arbitration Award. filed by James Randall Webb, Cape Securities, Inc. For the reasons set forth above, the Motion to Vacate (Dkt. 8) is DENIED, the Petition (Dkt. 1) is GRANTED, and the Awa rd is CONFIRMED. Petitioner is entitled to $528,795.49, plus prejudgment interest at the rate of nine percent per annum, calculated from December 30, 2025 until the date on which judgment is entered. Thereafter, petitioner will be entitled to post- judgment interest at the rate provided for by 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
