ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Modification of Deposition Venue and Duration (Doc. 40 ), and Motion for a Protective Order (Doc. 41 ), both of which seek similar relief to that denied by the Court's September 4, 2026 Order (Doc. 39 ). Plaintiffs again have not established good cause under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c)(1) for the requested modifications, and they have not raised this dispute in accordance with the Case Management Order (Doc. 11 para. 7) as the prior Order directed. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion (Doc. 40 ) and Motion for a Protective Order (Doc. 41 ) are DENIED. Ordered by Judge Sharad H Desai. This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY.
