ELECTRONIC ORDER: On June 16, 2026, the parties filed a Joint Notice Regarding Discovery Dispute. Based on this notice, the Court sets forth the following new deadlines: (1) If the parties are able to completely resolve the remaining discovery issues set forth in Plaintiff's First Amended Motion to Compel, Plaintiff shall notify the court in writing as soon as possible, but not later than 6/24/2026, that the First Amended Motion to Compel [doc. 42] should be rendered moot; (2) if the parties are able to resolve part, but not all of their discovery dispute, Plaintiff shall file a Second Amended Motion to Compel as to the remaining disputed matters only no later than 6/26/2026. Defendant's response to either the First or Second Amended Motion to Compel is due no later than 7/6/2026. Plaintiff's reply is due no later than 7/13/2026. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L.
