TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of plaintiff Jones' letter requesting that it "require Mr. Adams to appear for deposition." (ECF 269 at 2). The Court has done so many times and has stayed the case due to Adams' failure to abide by those orders. (ECF 257 , 258 ). That decision is currently on appeal. (ECF 259 ). If plaintiff Adams' refusal to sit for deposition continues, the Court will address it after the appeal of the stay Order has been adjudicated. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Leda D.
