ORDER. In light of the representations made in ECF No. 40, the Court adopts the parties' proposed discovery schedule as follows:
(i) Pre-class certification discovery demands shall be served by all Parties on or before July 9, 2026;(ii) Responses to pre-class certification discovery demands shall be served on or before August 8, 2026;(iii) Pre-class certification depositions shall be completed on or before September 8, 2026; (iv) Pre-class certification discovery shall be completed on or before October 11, 2026; and (v) Plaintiffs shall move for class certification on or before November 10, 2026.
The parties shall file a joint status report on or before September 11, 2026. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks on 6/11/2026. (JAF)
