MEMORANDUM ORDER (Granting Defendants' Motions to Dismiss) - The Court hereby GRANTS the Motions to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 3 , [12,] 15 , 21 , 24 , 30 , 52 ) and DISMISSES Plaintiff's Complaint in its entirety. The Court further DENIES AS MOOT Plaintiff's Motion for Order Directing the Disclosure of Identities (ECF No. 62 ) and Defendant Rogers's Motion to Withdraw (ECF No. 63 ). As the Court does not grant leave to amend, this Order qualifies as final and appealable. Should Plaintiff desire to appeal, written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof. Failure to file a notice of appeal within that period may result in the loss of the right to appeal. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to CLOSE this case. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS.
