1 - Scheduling
ORDER: By July 1, 2026, the parties are directed to confer and file a Rule 26(f) report that includes a mutually agreed upon proposed discovery plan and proposed dates that are consistent with the scheduling information included in the Courts Civil Case Management Order 6 . If the parties cannot mutually agree upon a proposed discovery plan or proposed dates, the parties should include a brief explanation of the disagreement(s).
