TEXT ORDER granting in part 52 MOTION for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. Good cause having been shown, the parties' joint motion for an extension of the remaining case management deadlines is granted, except to the extent that the parties have requested that the Court set the deadline for motions to compel after the deadline for completion of fact discovery. "[A] party ordinarily must file a motion to compel before the close of discovery[.]" Novartis Pharma AG v. Incyte Corp., 778 F. Supp. 3d 637, 645 (S.D.N.Y. 2025) (citation omitted and emphasis in original). The parties have not offered any reason to depart from this general rule in this case.
