TEXT ORDER re 99 MOTION filed by Midlakes Schools Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District, Board of Education, 100 Reply to Response to Motion filed by Jane Doe: Discovery Conference set for 10/5/2026 at 1:30 PM before Hon. Mark W. Pedersen. The parties are directed to call 585-524-1799, and enter access code 237597435# at the scheduled date and time using a telephone with a clear audio connection. Further, the use of a speakerphone affects the quality of the sound on the Court's conference system. Therefore, the parties are directed to refrain from the use of a speakerphone during this conference.
Further, the Court notes the deadline for the completion of fact discovery is 9/30/2026. As this conference is set to take place after the completion of fact discovery, the Court STAYS the deadline for completion of fact discovery, and will address during the conference any requests to extend said deadline as well as the other deadlines imposed by the operative fifth amended scheduling order (ECF No. 98 ), if necessary.
