TEXT ORDER: Plaintiffs have failed to respond to defendant's pre-motion letter (Letter) (ECF No. [3). The court's preliminary conclusion after reviewing the complaint and the Letter is that plaintiffs' claims are not likely to survive a motion to dismiss. Plaintiffs are ordered to respond to the Letter by June 26, 2026. The court will consider defendants' arguments in the Letter to be unopposed if plaintiffs fail to timely respond to the Letter and the court intends to either administratively terminate or dismiss the matter.
