   Order on Motion for Disclosure Order on Motion to Amend/Correct

   ORDER denying both plaintiff's 28 Motion to Amend/Correct and plaintiff's 37 Motion for Jurisdictional Discovery without prejudice.

   Following a discovery conference before the undersigned on September 3, 2026, and with the parties' agreement, the Court denies the aforementioned motions without prejudice to refile. The Court further orders that the deadline to join additional parties, which was set for May 15, 2026 (so that the motion to add an additional party (Doc. No. 28) was timely) is extended to November 15, 2026. Accordingly, the parties have until then to determine whether the plaintiff will continue to seek to amend the complaint to add Grupo Tradebe as an additional party in this case and whether it will be necessary to resolve the issues raised in the motion to amend (Doc. No. 28) and the motion for jurisdictional discovery (Doc. No. 37). During this additional period of time, the parties will engage in discovery, including a potential Rule 30(b)(6) deposition, to determine if the concerns raised by the plaintiff during today's conference can only be addressed through the filing of an amended complaint adding Grupo Tradebe as a party and engaging in the proposed jurisdictional discovery. The parties are ordered to submit a joint status report by October 15, 2026, advising the Court both as to the progress made toward conducting sufficient discovery to obtain the requisite information and whether the issues raised in the motion to amend the complaint and the motion for jurisdictional discovery are moot.
