TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' letters at ECF Nos. 29 , 30 , and 31 concerning whether Plaintiff can be forced to reenact how he struck his head on a beam. First, ECF No. 29 was improperly filed as a Motion. It is not a Motion. It is a letter request seeking leave to file a motion, which the Court has not yet granted. Thus, the Clerk is directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 29 . Second, Defendant was not authorized under Local Rule 37.1 or the Undersigned's judicial preferences to file a reply. (ECF No. 31 ). In fact, the Undersigned's judicial preferences specifically states that "Replies are not permitted without leave of court." It is curious that defense counsel, in the reply, chastises Plaintiff's counsel for not abiding by the Undersigned's judicial preferences regarding exhibits, yet also fails to abide by those same rules. Nevertheless, there shall be a status conference before the Undersigned to address same on July 31, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. via video conference.
