ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 7 ) challenging the timeliness of Defendants' removal. In their Response (Doc. 14 ), Defendants contest service dates and whether the persons served were authorized to accept service, and thus say their removal of this case was timely. Plaintiff did not file a reply brief that responded to these points. In light of these factual disputes, IT IS ORDERED that within seven (7) days of this Order, Plaintiff shall either file a responsive reply brief or file a notice that his Motion to Remand is withdrawn.
