Before the Court is the Ninth Interim Application of the Receiver and Gray Reed, as counsel to the Receiver, for allowance of compensation and reimbursement of fees and expenses for the period of January 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026, the end of the first quarter of 2026 (the "Application"). (Dkt. # 355 ). The Application, (Dkt. # 355 ), is therefore GRANTED, and the Receiver is AUTHORIZED to distribute fees and expenses as outlined herein. The Receiver and his counsel, Gray Reed, and other retained professionals, may submit a final fee application requesting payment of the holdback amounts at the close of this case.
