FURTHER ORDERED: Pursuant to the Stipulation at D. 333 , the following Defendants remain dismissed with prejudice from this case: Defendants 3G Engagement LLC and Enterprnbox and Restaurantly LLC. FURTHER ORDERED: There shall be a continued stay of all non-emergent deadlines and motion practice (D. 328 and D. 331 ) for an additional thirty (30) days, through and including June 25th, 2026, to permit completion of execution and filing of dismissal papers or an additional status report.
