Minute Order Setting Hearing
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Carla Baldwin on 8/17/2026. By Deputy Clerk: LGM. A Virtual Status Conference utilizing Zoom video conferencing technology regarding the Early Neutral Evaluation ("ENE") is set for Monday, October 5, 2026, at 09:00 AM before Magistrate Judge Carla Baldwin. The Court will send an email containing information required to join the Zoom video conference prior to the hearing date. At the status conference, counsel shall be prepared to discuss the following matters: (1) The exchange of initial disclosures; (2) Whether the Plaintiff has provided the Defendant with a computation of damages; (3) The parties who will attend the ENE and whether such parties are amenable to participating in the ENE by Zoom video conferencing; and (4) If there are any pending motions which may affect the ENE. The status conference may be vacated if the parties file a Joint ENE Status Report on or before Thursday, October 1, 2026. If the parties are unable to agree on a Joint ENE Status Report, each party shall file a separate report outlining the issues for the Court's consideration. The Joint ENE Status Report shall certify that the parties have exchanged initial disclosures pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(1), that the plaintiff has provided a computation of damages to defendant pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(1)(A)(iii) and shall include any issues or concerns the parties may have regarding the ENE.
