1. Defendants' motion is GRANTED to the extent it seeks to compel arbitration of Count I against Amtrak. Proceedings pertaining to that claim are STAYED pending arbitration. Defendant Amtrak shall provide the Court with a status report on or before December 21, 2026, and every 60 days thereafter;
2. Defendants' motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the extent it seeks to compel arbitration of Count II against KCT.
