   ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Pursuant to the Court's February 12, 2026 Order, ECF No. 71, the parties were required to file a joint letter, the contents of which are described therein, by the Thursday of the week prior to the upcoming conference - that is, no later than June 18, 2026. Although the Court reminded the parties about this deadline on June 15, 2026, see ECF No. 73, the parties have failed to file the letter to date. Regrettably, this is not the first time the parties have missed deadlines and failed to comply with Court Orders in this case. See, e.g., ECF No. 66, 69. And the parties have been warned multiple times as to the potential consequences of their continued disregard of the Court's deadlines. In its May 13, 2025 Order, the Court expressly "cautioned that future failures to comply will result in sanctions" and that the Court would no longer grant "courtesy extensions." ECF No. 53. And when the parties missed yet another deadline, on January 21, 2026, the Court ordered them to show cause "why sanctions should not be imposed for their failure to comply with the Court's orders." ECF No. 66. Although the Court ultimately refrained from imposing sanctions in its subsequent Order, it noted that it "would be on firm ground imposing sanctions" and that "this is likely the parties' last warning." ECF No. 69. In light of the foregoing, the pretrial conference scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. is hereby CONVERTED into an in-person conference in Courtroom 24B of the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY. Further, each of the remaining parties should be prepared to show cause at the conference why sanctions should not be imposed for their failure to comply with the Court's orders. SO ORDERED.
