ORDER the court orders as follows: (1) Within ten (10) days from the date of this order, each party is directed to file a supplemental declaration identifying its citizenship; (2) Within seventeen (17) days from the date of this order, each party is directed to file a statement of its position as to subject matter jurisdiction in light of the supplemental declarations of other parties; and (3) Parties seeking to keep the identity of their members confidential may file their supplemental declaration under seal, available to the parties but not others. If the courts ultimate determination is that diversity jurisdiction is lacking and the case is remanded, the declarations will (at least insofar as this court is concerned) remain under seal.
