** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** On June 3, 2026, I issued an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment and closing the case. Dkt. 66 . The next day, plaintiff submitted a letter motion suggesting that the summary judgment motion was pending and that the court was biased against him. Dkt. 68 . I will assume for purposes of this order that plaintiff had yet to receive my order granting summary judgment to defendant before he filed the letter motion. But the timing is immaterial; the letter motion is in part moot and otherwise lacks merit. It is moot because I have ruled on the summary judgment motion, and it lacks merit because there is no evidence of bias. Plaintiff's apparent disagreement with my rulings doesn't show bias or warrant recusal. See Liteky v. United States, 510 U.S. 540, 555 (1994). Plaintiff's motion is DENIED.
