PAPERLESS ORDER Dismissing Case / Closing Case. This matter is before the Court sua sponte. It appears Plaintiff is a restricted filer in this District and has been forbidden from filing cases unless he "either (1) pays the filing fee; (2) affirms under oath that he is in imminent threat of serious physical injury; (3) is represented by counsel; or (4) obtains leave of court to file." Brown v. Fla. Dept. of Revenue, Case No. 17-21187-CIV-ALTONAGA/O'Sullivan, ECF No. 5 at 3 (S.D. Fla. March 31, 2017). Plaintiff, who is pro se, did not notify this Court of his restricted filing status, has not paid the filing fee, has not attested that he faces imminent physical harm, and has not otherwise sought leave to file in the manner contemplated by prior Orders. This failure to fully disclose Plaintiff's litigation history and follow the Court's prior Orders is grounds for dismissal. See Jenkins v. Hutcheson, 708 F. App'x 647, 648 (11th Cir. 2018); Totten v. Knight, No. 5:19-CV-239-OC-02PRL, 2019 WL 5962673, at *2 (M.D. Fla. Nov. 13, 2019). Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
