Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Ronald L Hanna: Parties present by telephone for hearing on Defendants' Motion to Withdraw 24 . Plaintiff appears by counsel Alexandros Stamatoglou. Defendants appear by counsel Michael Lee. Defendant Thomas Pettigrew does not appear, and no representative appears on behalf of EYM Group, Inc., EYM Chicken, L.P., or EYM Chicken of Illinois, LLC. Mr. Lee advises the Court that notice of today's hearing was not served on Pettigrew or representatives of the entity Defendants and requests a continuance. Without objection, the request is GRANTED. Hearing on Defendants' Motion to Withdraw 24 is continued to October 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM by telephone before Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Hanna. Defendant Thomas Pettigrew and an authorized representative of each of EYM Group, Inc., EYM Chicken, L.P., and EYM Chicken of Illinois, LLC are DIRECTED to personally participate in the hearing. The parties shall dial 551-285-1373 and enter Meeting ID 16095893703# when prompted. Mr. Lee is DIRECTED to serve Defendant Thomas Pettigrew and an authorized representative of each entity Defendant with a copy of the Text Order setting the continued hearing and to file proof of service confirming such notice prior to the hearing. Plaintiff, through counsel, orally moves to extend the current discovery and dispositive-motion deadlines. The Court takes Plaintiff's request UNDER ADVISEMENT as premature in light of the present representation posture of Defendants.
