In an email correspondence, Ms. Kasso indicates she seeks to inform the Court that she intends to file a forthcoming motion, but has not been able to meet and confer with opposing counsel. She may indicate as much in her meet and confer filing. Ms. Kasso also inquires whether she should list the hearing date on her submission as "to be determined," and acknowledges the Court has already informed her to do so (twice) last week. That direction stands. Finally, Ms. Kasso inquires "if chambers maintains any ex parte communication log or record applicable to case-related communications with chambers," and further inquires on how to access those records. Consistent with the Court's practice, ex parte communications are only permitted for purposes of scheduling or for settlement discussions.
