SCHEDULING ORDER: Due to the Court's unavailability, the Settlement Conference is adjourned to September 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 11C South before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo. Plaintiffs must be present. Representatives of Bob's and Hillsdale with complete settlement authority (other than counsel) must be present. Bob's and Hillsdale are granted leave to have each of their corporate representatives appear at the settlement conference by telephone.
