(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: On December 13, 2024, the Court granted the stipulation to vacate the trial date and stay proceedings and ordered Plaintiff to file a joint status report no later than March 13, 2025 and every 90 days thereafter, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. (Dkt. 95 ). Plaintiff last filed a status report on January 12, 2026 and was therefore required to file an additional status report no later than April 13, 2026. (Dkt. 117 ). To date, Plaintiff has not filed the additional status report. Thus, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing no later than five (5) days from the date of this Order, why Plaintiff should not be sanctioned in the amount of $500 for failing to comply with the Court's Order. The Court further notes Plaintiff has already repeatedly failed to comply with Court orders regarding the filing of status reports. (Dkt. 118 ). Accordingly, Plaintiff is explicitly warned that failure to file a timely response will result in additional sanctions including dismissal for failure to prosecute and/or comply with Court orders. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). IT IS SO ORDERED. THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. (doc) TEXT ONLY ENTRY
