TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of defendant Ponce's Flooring LLC's ("Ponce") letter dated 6/9/26 (Dkt. 36 ) requesting an extension of the expert discovery deadline in light of its liability expert's continuing health issues. Ponce's request is granted; the expert discovery deadline is adjourned pending further Order of the Court. On or before 6/26/26, Ponce shall file a status letter apprising the Court of whether it intends to retain another expert and setting forth a proposed deadline for the close of expert discovery. The Court will take appropriate action upon receipt of that letter. The settlement conference set for 8/11/26 shall proceed as scheduled. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge J. Brendan Day on 6/10/2026.
