Mr. Kila states he is still in the process of obtaining counsel for Plaintiff Koa Ike and requests a further extension, 30 days from today (10/1/2026), to do so, noting that if counsel is not secured by the Court's deadline, Plaintiff Koa Ike may likely withdraw its claims in this matter.
As to Mr. Kila's request for additional time to secure counsel for Plaintiff Koa Ike, Court to issue an EO.
