MINUTE ORDER In Chambers by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: The Court has received the Parties' Responses to the Court's Order to Show Cause ("OSC") regarding civil contempt. (Dkt. Nos. 44, 45.) Having considered the Parties' Responses, the Court DISCHARGES its OSC and VACATES the February 24, 2026 hearing on the OSC. (Dkt. No. 42.) The Court construes this as a stipulation to stay and hereby STAYS this action. All dates and deadlines are vacated. The Parties shall file status reports every 90 DAYS, beginning MAY 11, 2026, regarding the status of the parallel state action and whether the stay should be lifted in this action. The Parties shall also notify the Court within five days of the final disposition of the parallel state action. (see document for further details) (bm)
