MMS TEXT ORDER RESCHEDULING HEARING: The Motion hearing re Motion for Summary Judgment 149 set for 9/21/2026 at 10:00 AM is VACATED and RESET for 10/13/2026 at 3:00 PM in Anchorage Courtroom 1 before Matthew McCrary Scoble. Plaintiff and Plaintiff's counsel to appear via Virtual Courtroom E and should refer to the sealed Courtroom Quick Guide emailed via encrypted email to Mr. Kittleson for instructions. To avoid delays, the Court encourages counsel to assist and advise plaintiff before the hearing about how to access the virtual courtroom by video. Only participating parties granted approval should access the virtual courtroom. Each side shall have 30 minutes to present. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the Motion for an Order to Show Cause 173 as well. (ACW, CHAMBERS STAFF)
