ORDER re 147 Status Report. The parties indicate that after discussion between Plaintiff, Special Mediation Counsel, and Defense Counsel, they do not believe mediation would be fruitful at this time. Thus, a mediation did not result in a settlement of the case. Under Section 5.C.4 of the Mediation Plan, the Court TERMINATES the attorney-client relationship between Plaintiff and Ms. Abby Bandy, relieving Ms. Bandy of all representation duties as Special Mediation Counsel. In addition, under Section 6(A) of the Mediation Plan, the Court ORDERS Ms. Megan Arvola relieved of all responsibilities as Mediator in this matter. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to terminate Ms. Bandy and Ms. Arvola from the docket. All other deadlines in this matter remain in effect. Signed by Judge J. Phil Gilbert on 10/1/2026. (mdm) THIS TEXT ENTRY IS AN ORDER OF THE COURT. NO FURTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE MAILED.
