Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: An initial conference will be held before Magistrate Judge Clay H. Kaminsky on September 2, 2026, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 504 North. Removing Defendant's counsel is directed to ensure that all parties are aware of this conference. Counsel with knowledge of the case must attend the conference; per diem counsel may not appear without prior permission of the Court. The parties are directed to review Judge Kaminsky's Individual Practices and Rules in advance of the conference.
The parties must hold their Rule 26(f) planning meeting at least three weeks before the initial conference and must make Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures to each other at least one week before the initial conference. The parties must also complete the linked Rule 26(f) report (proposed discovery plan) and file it on ECF no later than one week before the initial conference, i.e., by August 26, 2026.
