ORDER by Magistrate Judge Pedro V. Castillo. On June 29, 2026, the Court ordered Respondents to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing within seven days or immediately release him. (Dkt. No. 8 ). On July 6, 2026, Respondents filed a Notice of Compliance (Dkt. No. 9 ), informing the Court that Petitioner received a bond hearing on July 1, 2026, and attached a copy of the Immigration Judges order (Dkt. No. 9 -1), denying bond based on flight risk. On October 5, 2026, Petitioner, who is represented by counsel who has not moved to withdraw, filed pro se a Motion for Expedited Review, asking this Court to determine whether further relief is warranted. (Dkt. No. 10 ). But the Motion does not provide any basis for this Court to grant further relief.
