ORDER re: 22 Order for Initial Pretrial Conference, 1 Notice of Removal, filed by Uzivert LLC, Symere Bysil Woods, 40 Order, 42 Order, 43 Status Report filed by Abdullah Ali. Ali intends to proceed with the action before this Court as well as the pending actions in Pennsylvania and Nevada. The parties are therefore instructed to jointly prepare, sign and submit a proposed Scheduling Order by Wednesday, September 2, 2026. A template Scheduling Order is included on the docket. See (Dkt. No. 22). Ali is advised that further delay in complying with this Order will result in an involuntary dismissal for failure to prosecute. "It is unquestioned that Rule 41(b) also gives the district court authority to dismiss a plaintiff's case sua sponte for failure to prosecute." See Lesane v. Hall's Sec.
