MINUTE entry before the Honorable Young B. Kim: Status hearing held and continued to August 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. by phone. Parties are to use the same call-in information. This deadline will not be extended unless the parties can demonstrate that they have been diligent in their efforts to complete fact discovery. Parties are urged not to squander their opportunity to conduct discovery. Parties must be prepared to discuss depositions completed and scheduled, whether they wish to schedule a settlement conference with this court or engage a private mediator, or continue with depositions.Due to a clerical error, the Minute Order entered at 59 is to be removed from the docket.
