MINUTE entry before the Honorable Keri L. Holleb Hotaling: The Court will address Plaintiff's unopposed motion for extension of time to complete several fact discovery depositions [Dkt. 75] at the 9/22/2026 telephonic status hearing. The FIRM fact discovery deadline of 9/21/2026 remains set at this juncture, and the Court notes it has already been clear that this date "will not be extended again." [See Dkt. 72.] The parties shall come to the 9/22/2026 hearing with FIRM dates for any remaining depositions for the Court to even consider extending fact discovery a second time.
