Prejudgment interest shall accrue as permitted by law, and post-judgment interest shall accrue at the rate provided by 28 USC §1961 from the date of this Order until paid in full. Prior orders awarding attorney fees and costs and imposing permanent injunctive relief remain in full force and effect. For example, see Dkts 171 & 176. A final judgment will enter separately. FINAL JUDGMENT. Monetary judgment has been entered against Defendant URZ Trendz, LLC. Dkt 195 . URZ Trendz, LLC is ORDERED to pay Plaintiff Spectrum Laboratories, LLC (i) $7,566,567.00 in actual damages, (ii) prejudgment interest as permitted by law, and (iii) post-judgment interest on damages at the federal rate in effect on the date of entry of judgment. Dkt 195. URZ Trendz, LLC, together with its counsel Louis Teran, are ORDERED to pay Plaintiff Spectrum Laboratories LLC (i) $328,728.95 in attorney fees, and (ii) $49,649.72 in costs. Dkt 176.
