Any party who has not previously served their 25 interrogatories and/or document requests shall do so by 7/29/26. There shall be no further extensions of this deadline. Answers are due within thirty days of receipt. The parties shall submit any appropriate stipulation of dismissal regarding any of the named Defendants on or before 7/29/26. A joint status letter is due by 10/2/26.
