MINUTES (In Chambers) Order GRANTING Request for Stay [Dkt. 36] and DISCHARGING the Order to Show Cause [Dkt. 35] by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato. Accordingly, the STAY shall continue through November 6, 2026, and the Court's February 10, 2026 Order to Show Cause is hereby DISCHARGED. The parties shall either file a stipulation to dismiss or file a joint status report no later than November 6, 2026. Plaintiff is expressly warned that failure to comply with this Order may result in sanctions, including monetary sanctions or dismissal for failure to prosecute and/or comply with Court orders.
