ORDER re 222 Ariel E. Mitchell's Motion for Clarification and/or Modification of July 1, 2026, Order Regarding Meet-and-Confer Format and Deadline. The deadline for Ms. Mitchell and Mr. Behren's meet and confer as set forth in the 221 Court Order is hereby STAYED pending the Court's resolution of the aforementioned 222 Motion. On or before July 20, 2026, Mr. Behren shall file a notice with the Court indicating the reasons why an in-person meeting is warranted. Failure to timely comply with this Order will cause the Court to assume that Mr. Behren does not oppose Ms. Mitchell's request to hold the meet and confer virtually. See Order for further details.
