TEXT ORDER. A status conference was scheduled in this matter for July 7, 2026. (Dkt. 52). However, counsel of record for defendant Carolyn Jackson, Andrew L. Zeitz, Esq., advised the Court that he had left the law firm that represents Ms. Jackson. (Dkt. 53). The Court instructed Mr. Zeitz to file a motion to withdraw as counsel and coordinate with his prior firm regarding the appearance of successor counsel as soon as possible. (Id.). However, no motion to withdraw was ever filed and no successor has appeared on behalf of Ms. Jackson. By no later than October 7, 2026, Mr. Zeitz shall file an update regarding Ms. Jackson's representational status, unless successor counsel has filed a notice of appearance prior to that date.
