Status Conference
Minute entry for proceedings before Judge Clay H. Kaminsky: A status conference was held in person on September 15, 2026. Daniel Ackman appeared for Plaintiffs Hadiqia McQueen, Alonda Browne, Dayquan Bullock, and minor Plaintiff S.S.M.; Gregory Accarino appeared for all Defendants who have appeared in this action; Interested Party Gerald Mobley was also present. A discussion of scheduling, the status of S.S.M.'s claims, and the progress of the case was held. Following that discussion, the Court directed Plaintiffs to make their initial disclosures by September 25, 2026 and encouraged Plaintiffs to provide an initial settlement demand with those disclosures. The Court then directed the parties to submit a joint status report regarding further amendment to the complaint, the progress of discovery, and the possibility of settlement by November 17, 2026.
